High School Attack Camp (9th - 12th grade)
This camp all of the aspects of becoming a consistent attacker. You can expect to get A LOT of attacking reps no matter if you are an outside, middle or right side hitter. Campers will learn proper arm swing mechanics, footwork including 3 step and 4 step approaches, angles while attacking and the many different shots (roll shots, shooting, tipping, tooling off the block) available.

Time: 9am-10:30am
Max: 30 athletes

Defensive Camp (9th - 12th grade)
Matches are often determined by the serve and pass game. In this camp, athletes will focus on eye training, platform control and movement to take their passing game to the next level.

Time: 10:30am-noon
Max: 30 athletes
Cost: $60
